By downloading or using LightWalk Trivia, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of the App

LightWalk Trivia is a Bible-based quiz app designed to help users grow in scripture mastery through fun, competitive trivia. Users can:

• Play without creating an account
• Earn scores and track progress
• Compete on global and friends leaderboards
• Earn lives to continue playing
• Watch ads to regain lives

Some features may be enhanced when you sign in with a Google account (Firebase).

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots or scripts to manipulate scores or gameplay
• Harass or impersonate other users
• Attempt to hack or interfere with the app's services
• Post or share offensive, inappropriate, or false information (in usernames, etc.)

4. In-App Ads and Monetization

LightWalk Trivia is free to use. We display ads to support development and maintenance.

• Rewarded ads are optional and provide in-game benefits (e.g., extra lives).
• Ads are served by third-party networks such as Google AdMob.

By using the app, you agree to the display of ads and the use of your device's advertising ID.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including quizzes, UI design, images, and branding (such as logos and the name LightWalk Trivia) are owned by TechTran Services and protected under applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without written permission.

6. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate access to your data or gameplay account if you breach these terms or abuse the app in any way. You may also stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

7. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to change or discontinue any part of the app, including features, scoring system, and ad integrations. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Use. When we do, we'll notify you through the app or the app store listing.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• LightWalk Trivia is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
• TechTran Services is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you're under 18, we recommend using the app with parental guidance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
